I've rung the surgery at 8o clock to be told the lines are full ring back when it's quieter which I did to be told all appointments have gone ,I couldn't book for the next day only for a fortnight ahead .I went to local chemist he couldn't do anything to help but sold me some ear calm at £8.50 which has done nothing at all and as it's Easter I can't ring the surgery until next Tues to try and get an app I,m in a lot of pain with ear ache and I,m not impressed with the booking system

Sort out the booking system there has to be a better way than a mad scramble at 8.o clock every morning

Very positive feedback as I rang at 8am and was given an appointment at 8:30. Dr Nawam was incredibly helpful and I am very grateful and appreciative

Quite a long wait to get phone call answered but got an appointment the same morning. Saw the doctor 5 mins early! Had prescription by the time I had got my coat on. Very efficient, pleased with service.

On a completely separate issue I had a reminder to go for a smear test and the options are to go to Northampton or Kettering. This is a long distance for something that used to be carried out at the surgery and it will mean that some people are excluded from this vital screening or just put of because of the time and distance factors. All in all not really a saving to NHS if more people develop cervical cancer.
